BlueDart courier service provides Air Waybill (AWB) number at the time of booking a package. We can use this AWB number to get the status of the shipment.
An AWB is a number that is used to uniquely identify the shipment. It helps in tracking the status of the package
The tracking updates usually takes 24 to 48 hours to update. Sometimes delays can happen due to transit gaps, shipment processing delays etc.
It is not possible to track the shipment status online without an AWB number. However, we can call the customer care and provide some personal information like mobile number to identify the AWB number.
The delivery time usually takes 1 to 5 business days. However, the delivery time also depends the on the service type (express or standard), location and some unknow factors.
